wow. more stunningly bad apple design.
which fields are required?
what happens if you’re color blind? not only that, but how can the billing info not be in error?
why are the address bars closer to the town/city entry than to their own label?
why are gift options on this page as a form item and ‘gift options’ shows up in the header as a separate step? bad process design.
i like that they give you the special instructions for apo after the form instead of at the top where it might save you from filling it out in error.
i like that country looks like it is attached visually to city more than the actual city label.
why doesn’t the ‘copy billing’ look like an action instead of a link to another page? I’m assuming it is scripted. as it is, it looks like the apo info and copy billing do similar things.
