  1. Good to see they have the 800 number included, it’s not often on site down pages and it leaves the user with no other options. Also good catch getting this message, getting the store down image is next to impossible – since it’s in an ideal world never visible.

  2. Really good point about the toll-free number. It should be rare that a user gets this screen. But when they do, they should be able to get the assistance they need, even if they can’t do it online.
