Form heavy and not very exciting to design, but one of the most important elements within the e-commerce site: billing and shipping pages, contained within the checkout process. These pages can make the difference in whether or not the customer completes an order. Sometimes these sections are found within one page while sometimes they are spread over several pages. This section will highlight design within the checkout flow of e-commerce stores.
